SCHEZWAN FRANKIE

Ingredients:1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, sliced 2 carrots, sliced 2 capsicums, seeds removed sliced 125 g r cabbage,10-15 chicken pieces boiled,sliced finely 125 g peas 200 g broccoli 3 tablespoon schezwan chutney etc which you can prefer.

Directions:Place a roti on a clean, and dry surface. Put ½ tbsp of chilli sauce and spread it evenly. Spread 2 tbsp of cabbage over it and 1½ tbsp of onions. Spread ½ cup of the boiled chicken,schezwan chutney and sprinkle 2 tbsp of cheese over it. Sprinkle 1 tsp of chaat masala over it and roll it up tightly.
