Ingredients: 6 ounce chopped tomato, 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil, 2 pinch salt, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 teaspoon spice basil, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 2 pinch black pepper, 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli

Directions: Heat some olive oil in a pan and saute the chopped garlic and green chili in it. Make sure the flame is low, Chop some tomatoes and puree them, not finely. Keep a few small chunky pieces of it in the puree. Do not make a fine paste, Add the tomato puree to the oil and let it simmer on for a few minutes, When the tomatoes are cooked, add salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Add chopped basil, Let it simmer it for a minute more. Remove it from the gas and let it come down to the room temperature, Use as a sauce for pizza or pasta.
