Ingredients: 12 slices - bread, 50 g - Butter, 1.5 cup SAMS mayonnaise,mustard powder, chilli flakes,2 tbsp - Celery (finely chopped) or any veggies, pepper to taste, salt to taste.

Directions: Begin to make mayo veg sandwich by toasting the buttered bread on a griddle or toaster.Chop onions and mince garlic.Prepare the veggies by chopping finely.Add mayo, red chili flakes, salt, pepper and mustard powder.Mix up everything well and spread on the bread.Place another slice and cut to triangles or squares.
